PEX Coil Water Heater That Is Very Easy To Make.

In winter or for the countries which are covered with ice all the year round, it is a great problem for getting warm water. Most of the time, they are to depend on the electric water heater or they need extra fuel for doing the water warm. But there is a simple method to get warm water using the heat of the sun-ray. PEX Solar Water Heater is such an easy method!

You will no need  of soldering, clamps, crimp rings, glues, unions, or any other expensive crimping tool.  It has designed  just using 2 push-to-fit 'shark-bite' connectors that is located outside of collector . It is called because it is all one piece of tube, the unit has no potential internal leak points.

This PEX solar water heater is sturdy, tough and rigid. It will work better in such temperature  that is in range of 33F to 185F-200F (93°C) water.  If the temperature  below 32F (0°C) that may hamper its normal work. It may freeze but does not break. The connectors of the heater are made to last at least 25 years and pipe is rated 50+ years.

It is clear to us that the plastic pipe is damaged or gets broken by the UV rays of the sun. So, it will be long lasting when it is coated with something like paint or layering it.  It will be better when it is coated using paint but it resists the sun-ray but very little.

One can easily make this simple PEX water heater by following the instructions of the video. You can use metal pipe that is better for absorbing heat of the sun-ray. Non-metal pipe manufacturers will give you a suggestion of using metal pipe over non-metal for solar units. You can use mirror or metal that reflects heat and it will speed up your motive.

After getting the clear ideas from the instruction of the Youtube video, one can easily make this easy PEX Coil Water Heater project.
