Pythagorean Home In The Midst Of Olive Grove Offers Views And Protection.

An couple of Athens build n home in their olive grove because they love their olive garden as it is useful for the nature. An architect named Tilemachos Andrianopoulos used geometry to respect the trees. Actually he plans to provide protection from the gusted wind, storm and sun, he designed the  house in the olive grove because of enjoying the the mountain views. Living in the lap of the nature is really enjoyable and it knows the nature lovers.

The small home begins at a tip of a triangle In Alice in Wonderland fashion, where the walls are designed in low position. The shapes of the walls are like funnel and they grow and stretch around as the home views toward the Gerania mountains. The home is triangle shaped that designed for the controlling of the wind.

The only openings on two sides of the triangle are slits which let in protected light and views. The other windows of the house open out onto one of two interior courtyards. The wall is almost double the size of the smaller end at the mountain-side of the home. The glass of the house can be fully opened to let the olive trees in. It seems the tress have the right of the house to live in.

The home is inverted in a living roof in symbiosis with the local ecosystem, and it is adjusted to the conditions of the Greek climatic , specially those of Attica that are leaned  with  helichrysum, auras, lavender, thyme and drosanthemum. There is very few grass inside the courtyards, but all the local walkways and plantings of rammed earth. The design is completely different from most the homes for the olive grove. This can be a model of the nature lovers who want to such a project. If we do something for the nature they will present us something best in future.
